Terms of Service

Last updated: March 9, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IncidentHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IncidentHub is a DevOps outage intelligence platform that crawls public status pages, aggregates incident data, provides reliability rankings, and delivers outage alerts via webhooks. The Service is provided on Free, Pro, and Teams subscription tiers.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid plans (Pro and Teams) are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from the Service beyond normal API usage
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure

6. Data and Content

Incident data displayed on IncidentHub is collected from publicly available status pages. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. The Service is not a substitute for monitoring your own infrastructure.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IncidentHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
